1. Delivery Areas

We ship across all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly announced on our website.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods.

Delivery times start once the order is handed over to the courier.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders above AED 200 (or as specified on the website).

  • Orders below this amount will have a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout.

  • Express delivery fees may vary based on location and package weight.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed, please check your tracking information first.
For delays beyond 7 business days, contact our support team so we can follow up with the courier or arrange a reshipment.
In cases of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional redelivery fees may apply.


7. Taxes & Duties

  • Within the UAE: No additional duties or hidden charges—the price you pay at checkout is final.

  • For future international orders: Any customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.


8. Order Changes or Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order before it is shipped.
Once the order is handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Please follow our Returns Policy for post-delivery returns.
